Call24 offers a range of Lone Worker monitoring solutions to meet the needs of your organisation and ensure the health and safety of your staff. Call24 lone worker solutions are priced from £0.99 per user per week (excluding VAT).

Fixed point / panic alarm lone worker support

Install a Call24 telecare alarm and discreet pendant, worn either on the person or as fixed call point where a worker is at risk, to ensure that assistance can be summoned at any time of the day or night. Call24 will then follow the escalation plan you provide.

Mobile lone worker support

Using their own work mobile phone a lone worker creates a diary of their work visits which is uploaded to the Call24 database. If a lone worker then fails to attend or complete their visit within agreed tolerances then an alert is sent to the Call24 team who will escalate as required.

GPS lone worker monitoring

Call24 wil provide either a choice or mobile handsets or the user can download an application (Blackberry and Android platforms only) that enables a lone worker to raise an alert which can be tracked by Call24. This means that your lone workers location can be pinpointed and assistance summoned in an emergency.

Emergency button. Pressing the two emergency buttons simultaneously will contact a pre-defined number, as well as sending a message to the emergency centre.
Fully functional mobile phone. Can either be used as a fully functional mobile phone or alternatively can be programmed to only dial up to nine pre-defined numbers.
Track and trace via GPS. Using the GPS functionality you can receive the location of your user with an accuracy of up to 5 metres.
Remote assistance. In case of emergencies Call24 is able to remotely activate a voice connection and switch on the speaker to communicate with the user.
Adjustable safety zones. You can set up to four safety zones that can provide either in or out zone alerts.
