My name is Howard Toplis and I am the Chief Executive of Call24. I would like to introduce you to some of my colleagues.

Our general enquiries are taken by Carole Symons who is our Sales Administrative Assistant.  Carole has worked for the Company for over 19 years and has a vast amount of experience in providing the Call24 service.  Carole is always pleased to hear from you and so don’t hesitate to give her a call on our freephone number 0800 085 0407.

Should you decide to have a Call24 alarm installed by us and you are within a reasonable distance of Plymouth, one of our Alarm Installers, either Gerry Porteous or Dan Orchard will call at your property.  All of our Installers are fully trained and can assist you in setting up your alarm for the first time. 

In the unlikely event that your alarm has a critical fault either Gerry or Dan, supported by a team of fully trained technicians, will call at your home within 48 hours to repair or repalce your alarm equipment
  
Once your alarm is up and running our dedicated team of Alarm Response Operators will be taking your calls all day, every day, from our head office at Estover in Plymouth.

All of our staff are dedicated to providing a quality service and have passed NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service.
