If you have a long-term illness or you're disabled, you won't have to pay VAT when you buy or rent a telecare alarm from Call24.

 Remember to check our special offers when deciding on your telecare alarm.

We also strongly recommend that you consider a key safe as part of your order.

Charges will be invoiced quarterly in advance but we don't ask for payment at the time of installation.  Payment can be by direct debit, over the telephone, or by cheque.
